Financial Policy
For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Mastercard and Visa. We also provide financing through CareCredit. We do request that payment be made in full for your initial visit unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Fees for treatment will be discussed with you prior to surgery. While insurance will often cover a portion of your treatment, many of our patients find it convenient to arrange a payment plan through CareCredit. If you would like to establish an account prior to your first visit you may do so by clicking on www.carecredit.com/apply/index.html. Please be sure to bring your account information with you to your visit.
Following your visit you will receive a monthly statement on any unpaid balance. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect an insurance payment within that time. This can usually clear up any misunderstandings and avoid further delay. Any unpaid balance is due within sixty days from date of treatment regardless of insurance.
